Do we get the digital files?
We highly recommend planning to purchase wall art—it’s the most powerful way to experience the meaning and impact of your portraits. However, we also offer beautiful albums, collections and prints—so there’s something for every preference and space.
do i have to order wall art from my session?
Absolutely. We love celebrating what makes your family unique, and we're happy to include grandparents, cousins, and of course—your family pets. Once we connect on the phone, we’ll design a session that lets you share this experience with the ones you love most.
Can we include grandparents, pets or extended family?
Once we connect on the phone, we’ll walk you through everything—what to bring, how to get ready, what to expect. We take the guesswork off your plate so you don’t have to worry or stress about a thing.
How should we prepare for our session?
This is completely normal, and we never expect you to be an expert at posing. Making you feel natural and at ease in front of the camera is our specialty—and we love nothing more than helping families feel relaxed, connected, and genuinely themselves during their session.
I'm not comfortable in front of the camera - will you guide us?
Our Signature Family Portrait Session includes two distinct looks: a black backdrop with all-black wardrobe and a white backdrop with all-white wardrobe. Each set may be delivered in color or transformed into our signature black-and-white style. The one-hour, fully guided studio session is followed by an immediate image reveal and selection appointment, with two retouched portraits delivered digitally within 24 hours. Sessions accommodate up to five family members, with additional time and fees for larger groups. Additional images are available to purchase.
